Associate Director

We are looking on behalf of our client, a well established financial services company in Gibraltar, for an Associate Director who will oversee the administration, governance, and operational management of corporate and trust structures. Duties: Oversee fiduciary operations, including trust and company administration. Lead the technical review of complex fiduciary, trust, and estate accounts. Manage the administration of trust and agency accounts for high-net-worth clients. Manage, train, supervise, and mentor fiduciary professionals across teams. Set strategic direction for fiduciary operations and drive operational excellence. Act as the senior relationship manager for clients, providing expert guidance on fiduciary matters. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve fiduciary processes and enhance efficiency. Lead and support automation, process optimization, and change-management initiatives. Contribute to growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities and supporting marketing and sales efforts. Requirements: Qualified STEP practitioner or similar credentials. Proficiency in fiduciary accounting or complex trust/estate reviews. Experience in financial services, trust services, wealth management, or insurance. Extensive fiduciary, trust, or corporate administration experience in a regulated environment. Proven leadership and team-management skills.
