Game Designer / Mathematician

We are seeking on behalf of our client a Game Designer / Mathematician with boundless energy and exceptional skills in ideating engaging innovative slot gameplay and creating dynamic slot game math models. Duties: Conceptualize and design innovative slot gameplay features, mechanics, pay tables, and fun dynamic player experiences Ideate and deliver engaging game themes that integrate rich graphical and animated content that drives engagement and impact Collaborate with exceptional artists, animators, and engineers to deliver cohesive, high-performance game experiences across delivery platforms Create detailed game design specifications, flow documents, feature and bonus descriptions Design and validate mathematical models that deliver balanced gameplay, optimizing RTP, volatility, feature probability distributions, and bonus mechanics Build game simulations, perform statistical analysis, review competitor products, and innovate to optimize performance and drive engagement Prepare math model documentation for design, engineering, compliance, and QA Participate in iterative playtesting, data-driven fine-tuning, and ongoing gameplay optimization Collaborate across multi-functional teams within agile development workflows Requirements: Experience in slots gameplay and theming ideation, and/or mathematical model design Familiarity with commercial content development Strong communicator who thrives in cross-disciplinary, fast-paced environments Exceptional situational awareness, conflict resolution and strong leadership skills
