Head Of Compliance

We are looking on behalf of our client for a Head Of Compliance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing and implementing a compliance program Monitoring and assessing compliance As the approved individual and primary point of contact with the GFSC, ensuring that all regulatory interactions are managed Policy and procedure development Designing and delivering training programs on regulatory compliance to all staff Preparing and submitting regular compliance reports to senior management Required: AML/Compliance experience within the Financial Services industry and complementary sectors such as crypto, e-commerce, etc. A bachelor’s degree in legal, compliance accounting, business (or any related field that’s relevant in the industry). At least ten years of experience in payments or in AML, compliance auditing, compliance analysis, or as a compliance officer Previous experience of building and mentoring other compliance teams and professionals. A background in auditing, compliance, or any other regulatory field.
