Head of Regulatory Affairs

Our client is seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs to provide central regulatory oversight and coordination across the Bank. The role covers four core areas: counterparty oversight; regulatory horizon scanning and implementation; policy management; and the Data Protection Officer function. Working across departments, product owners and control functions, the role will help ensure regulatory obligations are identified, assigned, implemented, evidenced and escalated appropriately. Requirements: A strong background in regulatory affairs, compliance, risk or a related oversight role, ideally within private banking. Sound knowledge of regulatory change, policy governance, data protection/GDPR and counterparty oversight. Proven experience coordinating across business areas and control functions A relevant higher-level qualification, with professional certification and DPO experience.
