Senior Risk Manager

We are looking on behalf of our client, for a Senior Risk Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to: Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in delivering the risk management framework across Gibraltar and London. Monitor and enhance risk management processes, including horizon scanning and emerging risk assessments. Maintain and develop key risk policies, reports, and regulatory submissions, including Operational Risk, Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and security risk reporting. Promote effective risk management practices across the business, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated appropriately. Oversee the Bank's Business Continuity Management and Third Party Risk Management frameworks. Review and approve outsourcing risk assessments and exit strategies. Manage the Bank's incident reporting process and maintain the Risk Inventory. Support enterprise-wide risk assessments, including cyber, fraud, and operational risks. Oversee the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) framework, ensuring risks and controls are appropriately identified and documented. Manage the Bank's insurance programme and support the monitoring of KPIs, KRIs, and management information reporting. Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks. Lead or support risk related projects and initiatives across the organisation.
