Financial Controller

We are looking on behalf of one of our clients for a Financial Controller to lead their accounts function in a small but busy office. Duties include: Oversight of all accounting records and financial processes Review and preparation of management accounts and financial reports Oversight of cash management, treasury, and investment reporting Managing audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting Reviewing reconciliations, journals, and reporting outputs Supervising and supporting the accounts team Maintaining and improving internal controls and processes Liaising with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders Requirements: Fully qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA or similar) Strong experience in a hands-on Financial Controller role Experience managing full accounting cycles and audits Strong Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Business Central advantageous Attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills Ability to manage a small team and meet deadlines in a busy environment Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
