Audit Senior

We are looking on behalf of our client for an Audit Senior. Duties include, but are not limited to: Ensure audits run to budget and review points are cleared Determine client needs and communicates these to the Audit Supervisor Enhance existing relationships with new clients and seek to discuss wider business issues in order to identify their needs. Identify risks at the planning stage, direct the audit and handle risks appropriately Recognise business and audit implications where controls are absent, ineffective or inefficient Providing feedback to junior staff on performance Debrief at the end of an audit Improve technical knowledge for promotion to Supervisor level Communicate the firm’s policies and technical information to accounting and auditing personnel Required: An appropriate accountancy qualification At least 2 years’ experience in an audit environment Relationship management and interpersonal skills Project management skills
