Senior Corporate Services Manager

We are looking on behalf of our client for a Senior Corporate Services Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to: Drive organisational direction, aligning corporate services with business goals and leading transformation. Oversee funding routes, ensures AML compliance, and maintains robust documentation and due diligence processes to meet regulatory requirements. Develop high-performing teams through structured mentoring, coaching, and talent development, driving engagement and succession planning. build capability and foster a positive and accountable culture. Develop and execute departmental strategy. Oversee internal and external audits. Implement regulatory changes across processes. Review of corporate documents for accuracy and risk. Identification of risks factors, possible trigger events Support appraisal processes Requirements: STEP or ICSA qualification preferred, along with relevant company management or corporate governance qualifications. Significant experience in corporate services, fiduciary administration, and company management, including complex corporate and financial transactions. Good knowledge of Gibraltar and BVI company legislation, AML/CFT requirements, due diligence, and corporate governance. Experience using Viewpoint or similar corporate administration systems. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage teams and oversee complex client structures. Sound understanding of risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational best practices. Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Commercially aware, organised, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
